Return a HTTP 404 (not found) when handling inexistent documents in NuxeoDrive operations

The whole nuxeo-drive addon could will be cleaned up to prevent throwing HTTP 500 errors when the given document does not exist. A 404 error will now the used instead.

FTR FileSystemItemManagerImpl has 9 occurrences of such exceptions.
