incorporate indd preview plugin to the platform

Mika has done a recipe/presales plugin that uses the embedded xmp pdf preview from indd to generate a preview in the platform. . We need to review the code and embedd as a supported "production ready" code in the platform (and not as a separate plugin).

NB: As this relies on settings within indesign to control the "quality" level and number of pages generated, we will need to add documentation for "what to do in indesign" to allow this to work.
