Revert managing S3 prefix when using Aspera Download

To make the download using more robust, we have add the Commit to manage the bucket prefix of the S3 on the backend. But it seems that it breaks changes on NCO. We should revert this commit and rely only on the configuration of the IBM Nodes. It mean if we add a prefix on Nuxeo instance, it should be done on IBM node too.
