WriteColdStorage permission not visible in permissions UI

      Description

      When trying to set WriteColdStorage permission on a document, the user can't find this permission in the "Add the permission" dropdown.

      This seems to be happening because Cold Storage addon is missing a solution similar to this one used in Retention addon.
