Make customisable Aspera Blob configuration

Following the work that has be done on NXP-30044. As the Aspera configuration was inspired from the S3 Direct Upload without the need of the role Here. We have to update this configuration to make it more flexible Here, also we have to update the blob key strategy to use the new one introduced under NXP-30044, Here.

We should also make configurable the number of max thread of the Aspera work manager Here. As reminder the default value number is 4 threads.
