update the adobe oauth2 cloud consumer definition

as part of the nuxeo server side adobe connector marketplace package, we inject a client consumer to be used by the adobe connector.

From the JSF UI

To accommodate the new authentication flow, we need to add a redirect uri of https://5tlkhjwj6g.execute-api.us-west-1.amazonaws.com/Prod/callback/nuxeo to the cloud consumer with client_id spiApp. when updated, the oauth2 client consumer entry should look like the attached screenshot.
