Remove "release-" prefix on javadoc links on explorer distributions

      Description

      See NXDOC-2283: Nuxeo javadoc will be published without the "release-" prefix in the future.

      The "release-" part before the version is hardcoded on explorer side: it should not.
      The link itself is configurable, but maybe it should be configurable per distribution too.
