Use a specific folder type for explorer persistence

The explorer document types rely on the "Folder" document type: this is an issue when exporting projects redefining their lifecycle, for instance, as import on another explorer instance subsequently fails.
Solution would be to rely on a specific document type and specific lifecyle for these exports.

Note that exports done with this change will only be able to be uploaded on an explorer instance holding the said types/lifecycles.
