Add a compatibility property to keep old behaviour on extension points now merging by default

When a runtime descriptor holds the "@XRegistry" annotation with attribute "compatWarnOnMerge" to true, there are warn logs when an implicit merge is performed.

With NXP-30178, it should be possible to keep the old behaviour (override by default) for compat, conditioned by a runtime property in the nuxeo.conf file.
