Make a new Explorer package release available on 10.10

      Description

      Goal:

      • make the new explorer features (typically package export) usable on 10.10, reusing the work branch done with NXP-29565 (that was used to produce another 10.10 platform export)
      • as there are breaking changes, the package should not be made available on Connect, but should be available in the maven repository
      • define a maintenance branch for this version of explorer, in case further changes are needed on it
      • apply newest changes from the master branch on it, if useful
      • release this version (adapt the release script to avoid pushing to the Connect marketplace)
