Hotreload failed on Windows with Zip installation

      Description

      When running LTS2021 ZIP distribution on Windows, the hotreload operation fails because the Studio project Jar file is used by another process.

      Walkaround: stop the server, manually uninstall the studio package and jar file, restart and hotreload.
