Check Nuxeo startup time

We have a global startup time but it would be useful to check all startups with more details.
There are some timers for the different runtime start phases (from ComponentManager) but no precise timer for the predeployment phases (where some files are copied to build the nuxeo.war).

In particular, we would like to time this in a docker environment: current startup seems to be around 60s for a bare server, while it takes less than 20s on a dev laptop.
