Use helmfile to ease a full nuxeo deployment with the nuxeo Helm chart

Following NXBT-3436 where the dependencies were removed from the Nuxeo Helm chart, we need an easier way to deploy the external services such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch and Kafka along with nuxeo.

Helmfile seems the way to go.

To validate this approach, let's use a helmfile for the nuxeo unit tests and preview. Could be 2 environments.

Once this is done, create tasks to use Helmfile and the latest nuxeo chart in every project:
