Prepare Aspera for Cloud Track

Since the Platform LTS 2021, we created a dedicated ticket to align Aspera on it NXP-29890

Here the purpose is to prepare the needed things for Cloud Track, and it will include the things above:

• Update the maven dependencies to align on last 11.X.X -> 11.4.42
• Update the CI/CD part: use the 11.4.42 Docker image...
• Update the npm dependencies: Use ^3.1.0-rc.0 until the release is done and we have to update:

         @nuxeo/nuxeo-elements
         @nuxeo/nuxeo-ui-elements
         @nuxeo/nuxeo-dataviz-elements (not used in our addons)
         @nuxeo/testing-helpers (not used in our addons)
         @nuxeo/nuxeo-web-ui-ftest
