Fix Explorer automated cleanup script query

The automated cleanup script (running on preview, used to avoid piling up exports done automatically at each Nuxeo build) is not currently removing the "oldest" distribution with alias "next".

The ordering logics are based on the distribution release date, which is empty for these automated exports: it should be based on the creation date instead.
