Implement sort on labels not on keys

Currently, when one applies a sort on a "directory" metadata, the records are sorted according to the keys, which is logical because the key is the value stored in the document metadata.

However it would be more user friendly to sort on the labels.

And it is what the user expected when they look at the sorted column.
