Fix Picture inclusion in Note editor

Summary:
Picture is not getting saved in note editor HTML format

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigate to folder
2. Click on Add content icon
3. On the Create popup, click on Note menu
4. Fill the required fields and select HTML format and create it
5. Now in content view section click on template and add one image
6. Save it

Actual result:
After saving the Note, the image disappears

Expected Results:
After saving it image is saved and is displayed in the Note
