Make OpenId authenticator compatible with direct authentication

Currently OpenID authenticator is only manually triggered by a button on the login page.

This behavior corresponds to the fact that OpenId authenticator cannot handle the login prompt.

This ticket is to request that OpenIDConnectAuthenticator#handleLoginPrompt can return true and automatically redirect to the OpenID provider to authenticate the user.
