Fix ordering of explorer distributions

      Description

      The ordering on index page should show more recent releases first (after potential live distribution).
      For now this ordering is unclear.

      The ordering on version number could be impacting for other logics (like cleanup pipeline added with NXP-29371) -> might make sense to have a dedicated Rest api for it
