Aspera Transfer Dashboard performance

As soon as we were able to have pagination on Aspera dashboard and we started to perform some tests with a lot of transfers we stated that the performance of the layouts loading is poor and affecting the UX.

We don't know the historical reasons (neither from functional nor technical perspective) to use (and overuse) the layouts concept since they have a cost because they still rely on html imports.

It is not scalable nor feasible to have those poor loading times on transfer's dashboard, so we need to improve that performance. In order to achieve that we may remove some of the layouts usage, double check if they are only being stamped when they are really needed/visible and other UI optimization techniques.
