Improve transfer dashboard pagination controls

We should improve the current pagination controls in order to have more options than moving from one page to the other.
Also, according the mockups provided and available on parent's User Story, it will display more information like the range of items that are being displayed, the total number of pages, the number of items per page.

Besides that, the idea is to have some of the parameters configurable by the user, a good example is the "page size" (as per the mocks)
