Rework the way to complete the transfer one all workers are done

Currently we are relying of the Worker index to check if all workers are done. But as the workers will be executed on parallel in different thread, we may find ourself in a situtation where a given Transfer is marked as completed but some file are being created to avoid this kind of situation we should rely on the notion of Group and Join that was introduced by NXP-28182
