"Empty Permissions" message wrongly displayed

When opening the permissions dialog for a transfer the No permission defined is always shown, even when permissions exist (as it is, by default).

Reproduction Steps

1. Open master preview (https://preview-aspera-master.napps.dev.nuxeo.com/)
2. Go to Aspera Dashboard
3. Create a new transfer if none is available (Optional)
4. Open "Share Transfer" dialog
5. Check that the transfer has permissions defined but it still shows the "empty permissions" message

Expected Behavior
If permissions are defined, the message should not appear (and vice-versa!)
