Fix package dependencies link in UI

Some packages have explicit dependencies on the package version that they depend on.
This version should be removed for proper linkink on a package page.

Typically: 10.10 hotfixes (where nuxeo-10.10-HF02 will depend on nuxeo-10.10-HF01:1.0.0, and link to the same package instead of just nuxeo-10.10-HF01)
