      Description

      Until now and the devs that was done on NXP-27573 and as we don't have any Aspera Folder status we considered that a Folder is Completely Uploaded once the whole transfer is complete. Which is not the best UI experience if we have many folders on the same Transfer. Until Aspera discussion we can rely on the files of the Folder to put the Folder completed once all its files are completely uploaded
