Make nuxeo-automation-test independent of nuxeo-rest-api

      Description

      No module of nuxeo-automation should depend on nuxeo-rest-api, it should be the other way round.

      Currently, nuxeo-automation-test depends (for tests) on nuxeo-rest-api-server for the TestHttpHelpers tests to validate the HTTPHelper class using GET, POST requests.

      Replace the use of the REST API by a dummy servlet.
