adjust the action/dropzone/status icon permissions based on transfer lifecycle

we should show/hide actions, status icons, dropzone, etc based on the lifecycle state. states/items mapped in https://nuxeowiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NT/pages/1300529231/technical+functional+mapping

after analysis of the states/actions/dz, it seems the delta is in the file actions (the actions we see on the files/folders listed for the transfer) (cells in yellow on the sheet).
for auto create:
when status "files uploading/in progress" OR "files creating"/"pending" OR "process_finish"/"completed" we should NOT see any file actions

for manual create
when status is "files creating"/"pending" OR "process_finish"/"completed" we should NOT see any file actions
