Allow browsing by extension point when exporting partial distribution

      Description

      Currently extension points are not retrieved when saving a partial distribution.
      The use case is to be able to see all contributions to a given extension point when exporting bundles, java packages, or a package.

      When filtering and retrieving bundles, referenced extension points should also be retrieved.

      Note that with NXP-28838, a package export will also trigger retrieval of referenced bundles.
