For uploading Folders / Files we should we should avoid having the same name

Nuxeo transfer uses file name to identify each entry, this name should be unique under the same transfer (under the Root).

fyi Aspera gives only paths. and from what we saw Aspera give for each uploaded File an unique ID. Later we should rework things to rely on it to be able to do more flexible things. But it means reworking different parts.
