Update default configuration

Context

Nuxeo provides a perf configuration template that has not been updated recently.

In the context of the benchmark, we have extracted 3 configuration templates:

• large repository
  • settings for Tx, timeout, Stream conf
• injector
  • disable some processing
• benchmark template
  • ES mapping

Updated configuration templates and profiles

Moving the benchmark to 11.x, ideally, we would like to integrate much of the benchmark custom config into the platform.

Ideally, we would like to:

• update the existing perf template
• create a large-repository config?
  • may depend on NXP-29427
• template/profile for injector node
• template/profile for worker node
