Nuxeo JSF UI release/promotion pipeline

Introduce a new promotion pipeline for Nuxeo JSF UI and related packages.

This pipeline is triggered manually given a Nuxeo JSF UI build (like the Nuxeo promotion pipeline).

This pipeline should:

• tag the given build with the released version.
• publish all the JSF UI packages to Connect prod.
• bump the master branch version.
