Improve packages webengine views on explorer

      Description

      Packages computed with NXP-28949 should list the following on top of contained bundles:

      • components
      • services
      • extension points
      • contributions

      Also, bundles that are not present in the distribution (when saving a partial snapshot for instance, see NXP-29384) should not display a link to those.
