      Description

      We want to have Slack notifications when building and releasing Nuxeo Server.

      Notifications can go to #platform-notifs Slack channel for now.

      Build notifications

      Notify when a build is failing and when a build succeeds if the build before was failing.

      Release notifications

      Notify when the promotion process is starting and ending - success or failure.
