Since NXP-24940, the licence expiration and information is not checked anymore in connect, but directly from the on-disk information.
This enables to warn admin customers of the real state of the expiration of the on-disk activation key, and enables to take action before expiration happens.
Thus, this page ought to display a maximum information even in the offline case.
