Improve release pipeline

Some fixes need to be done:

• Correctly push the release tag.
• Fix the Nuxeo packages promotion on Connect prod.

Also, rework the pipeline stage to have:

• one stage to promote the release: release parent, deploy parent, upload packages
• one stage to bump the version on the master branch.
