nxshell command: aclview, aclcheck, aclget, aclset

Commands:

• get/set acl on a document

• aclcheck is a recursive check on all documents of a repository. If some abnormal ACLs are detected the command will propose to fix them. Some rules would define what "abnormal" ACLs are and the solution to fix them. An abnormal situation is for example to have some documents which the Administrator has no rights on.
