Fix closure of Import popup

Cancel button does not work in Import popup if the value of the Where field has been changed.
How to reproduce:

• log in the JSF UI
• click on the IMPORT button
• change the value of field Where
• click the Cancel button

Expected result: the Import popup closes.
Actual result: the Import popup does not close.
