nuxeo failing when root path contains spaces

On MacOS if you unzip nuxeo in a folder containing spaces in its name, nuxeoctl will fail to start and console but it will still be able to mp-install or mp-hotifx

Server start failed (1).
Error: Could not find or load main class 2.conf.logging.properties 

The 2. is due to the nuxeo folder name ending with a space and 2 key nuxeo-server-tomcat-10.10-HF28-SNAPSHOT 2
