After NXP-27976, still getting WARN messages about CQ files not being deleted on Windows

      Still getting some messages such as:

      2020-05-19 19:00:00.052 WARN  [org.nuxeo.lib.stream.log.chronicle.ChronicleRetentionListener] Unable to delete Chronicle file: F:\Nuxeo\data\stream\bulk\command\P-01\20200429.cq4, F:\Nuxeo\data\stream\bulk\command\P-01\20200429.cq4

      after installing Nuxeo-10.10-HF14+ (which contains NXP-27976 fix)

      Goal is to get rid of the non-deletion of files and associated warnings in log upon Nuxeo startup on startup
