Improve feedback on explorer actions

When uploading/saving/exporting distributions in the admin screen, it is currently not visible whether the buttons were clicked or not.
--> Add some highlighting for better feedback

Also, it would be better to redirect to the admin page instead of the home page after one of these actions from the admin page.
