Description

Some bundles do not show a manifest (see http://localhost:8080/nuxeo/site/distribution/server-11.1-SNAPSHOT/viewBundle/org.nuxeo.osgi.app or http://localhost:8080/nuxeo/site/distribution/server-11.1-SNAPSHOT/viewBundle/org.nuxeo.ecm.config) --> better handle the fast that manifest is empty (see screenshot)
