Web UI Upload Issues

      Description

      Problem

      Errors are not handled such that there is no update to the UI when upload fails and it looks like the upload is still in progress.

      Objective

      Making sure the upload works at all times. Handle errors.

      Show to the user the state of the upload, show errors in the UI and not have to open the console.

      Create a guideline and establish file type and file size limit to upload
