      Description

      See screenshots: there is a big empty space before javadoc for services on explorer.

      This used to provide a "short javadoc" but has been broken since ajaxProxy removal with NXP-25515.
      Also, fix for NXP-21946 is not clear: not sure what was the actual problem and how to make sure there is no regression around it if the logics change.
