Delete the related workflow instances when a document is deleted

      Description

      When a document is removed, we should check all the related workflow instances and delete them if needed.

      As a workflow instance can be related to multiple documents, if at least one document still exists, do not remove the workflow instance.

      Add a new async listener to do the cleanup.
