as a user completing an aspera upload, I am notified when the work is completd

in nxp-27574, we allow a user to automatically create the transfer once the upload of the files is completed.
Notifications should consist of toasts for the transfer "status" (the user must close) and an email. see notification guidelines linked.

AC:

• When I have chosen to automatically create on upload, I am notified that the upload is completed and the creation is begun via email
  I see in my notification a link to my transfer that takes me to my transfer in my aspera transfer dashboard
  I have a message that states that the transfer upload is complete and the creation is in progress
  I see a toast that I must close indicating the same showing the same information
• When a transfer is complete and Nuxeo documents have been created, I am notified that the transfer is complete.
  I see a link to the “target location” of the transfer
  I see a link to my aspera transfer dashboard to see all transfers
  I see a toast that I must close indicating the same with the same information.

first iteration will make the above actions default. future iterations will allow the user to choose to receive the notif via toast/email/both.
