Make it possible to import one month of statements for a given year/month

• test "daily" bulk import
• test deletion of a large folder

Using the StreamImporter.runStatementProducers operation, generate one month of statement for January 2021 using the following parameters

In this context there is no need for an offset on the customer ID / account ID. The statements can be generated for the customers that already exist in the system
