      Description

      Following NXP-28944 we should not have retention jobs enabled by default on the Nuxeo Server when the retention addon is not installed.

      We should move the scheduler for the costly (on large databases) RetentionExpiredFinderListener to the addon itself, so that regular customers are not impacted in a HF by some database scan. Just moving the scheduler XML, not the listener itself.
