Retention Duration fields shouldn't show individually as "required"

When user is creating a Retention Rule, some fields are shown as required.

In Retention Duration, all three fields (Years, Months, Days) are shown as mandatory. Since the duration can be "1 day" or "1 year", they shouldn't be individually required.
