      Description

      By default, blob dispatcher compares a String to a Value, causing many of the operations to improperly fail due to type incompatibilities.  Dates do not work at all.

      Numerical values are only handled properly with inequality conditions.  Dates are returned as GregorianCalendar objects, which fails with any use case.
