Prevent replace the cold storage content of a document whose is stored in S3 Glacier

      Description

      Since NXP-28604, we should also prevent any replacement of the cold storage content once the main content is moved into S3 Glacier. This is needed to keep things more consistent by avoiding any overwrite.
